Overview
6030 helps people practice communication under pressure through short speaking reps, AI-generated feedback, and progress tracking. This Privacy Policy explains what information we may collect, how we use it, how recordings and feedback are handled, and the choices available to you.
We aim to collect only what is useful for operating the app, improving the coaching experience, and supporting your account.
Information We Collect
We may collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, account settings, practice goals, communication context, profile preferences, and support messages.
We may also collect app activity needed to operate the product, such as session timestamps, feature usage, plan status, device type, app version, and basic diagnostic logs.
Account and Profile Information
If 6030 uses account features, we may store login identifiers, profile preferences, onboarding answers, saved goals, and subscription status. This information helps personalize the app and keep your progress connected to your account.
Voice Recordings and Transcripts
When you complete a speaking session, the app may process your voice recording to generate a transcript, detect communication signals, and provide feedback. Recordings and transcripts may include the words you speak, timing, pauses, pace, filler words, and delivery patterns.
Recordings are used to provide the session experience you request. If recording storage is enabled, recordings may be stored so you can review sessions, maintain history, or improve future feedback. If storage is not enabled for a feature, audio may be processed temporarily and then discarded according to the app’s technical setup.
AI Feedback and Coaching Data
6030 may generate summaries, scores, metric breakdowns, recommendations, and progress trends from your sessions. This may include clarity, structure, pace, filler control, tonal conviction, and other observable communication signals.
The app is designed to provide coaching feedback about communication patterns. It is not intended to judge your personality, emotions, health, or character.
Usage Analytics
We may use analytics to understand how people use 6030, identify crashes or bugs, measure feature performance, and improve the product. Analytics may include screens viewed, buttons tapped, session counts, completion rates, device information, and approximate performance data.
Payment and Subscription Data
If you purchase a paid plan, payment processing may be handled by an app store or payment provider. We may receive limited subscription information, such as plan type, renewal status, transaction identifiers, and entitlement status. We do not intentionally collect or store full payment card numbers.
How We Use Information
We use information to operate 6030, generate coaching feedback, save progress, personalize practice, manage subscriptions, improve reliability, respond to support requests, protect the app from misuse, and develop better communication training features.
How Recordings Are Stored
When recordings, transcripts, or session results are stored, they may be kept in cloud systems or service providers used to operate 6030. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect this data from unauthorized access.
No internet-connected service can guarantee perfect security, so we encourage you not to record highly sensitive personal, financial, medical, or confidential third-party information during practice sessions.
How Information Is Shared
We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited information with service providers that help operate the app, such as authentication, cloud storage, analytics, crash reporting, payment processing, customer support, and AI processing providers.
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, to prevent fraud or abuse, or as part of a business transfer such as a merger, acquisition, or asset sale.
User Controls and Choices
You may be able to manage account details, app permissions, notification settings, microphone access, session history, and subscription settings through the app, your device settings, or the relevant app store.
You can choose not to provide certain information, but some features may not work without it, especially recording, transcript, feedback, and progress-history features.
Deletion Requests
You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of personal information by contacting us. We may need to verify your request before taking action. Some information may be retained where necessary for legal, security, fraud-prevention, payment, or operational reasons.
Data Security
We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect information associated with 6030. These safeguards may include access controls, provider security features, encrypted transport, and limited internal access. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Children's Privacy
6030 is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Policy Updates
We may update this Privacy Policy as 6030 changes. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date and may provide additional notice in the app or on the website.
